A Gay Dramedy by Jared Lorenzo
From the initial infatuation, through a committed partnership, to the painful realisation that love alone may not be enough when two people want fundamentally different things.
At the heart of the play are two queer men in a modern relationship shaped by differing life experiences and generational perspectives. As their bond grows, questions arise about commitment and the meaning of partnership – against the backdrop of a digital culture that often prioritises performative validation and individualism over genuine emotional closeness.
3 • 6 • 9 aims to spark a dialogue about love, commitment and identity at a time when relationships are increasingly shaped by technology and the pressure to constantly present certain versions of ourselves.
